Calibration
Full works calibration of all instrumentation supplied. The specific details vary in accordance with the usage and legal requirements of each instrument. Please contact us for calibration details on your instrument.
NOTE:
Alcohol Breath Testers have a 48 hour turn-around time on calibrations. Our preferred method of delivery and return is via the South African Post Office Speed Services courier. This service is cost-effective for counter-to-counter or P.O. Box to P.O. Box delivery. Any other delivery service must be arranged with Runrite prior to the unit being released.
Training
We provided full training on all our instruments. This would include the details of a generic policy on the specific area of concern eg. Alcohol Control Policy, as well as the operation and effective use of the particular instrument used. An effective alcohol control policy requires that a 'Certificate of Competency' is held by each operator. We issue this certificate on completion of our Alcohol training course.
Repair/Manufacture and Modification
We are able to providedfull back-up service on our full range of instrumentation.
Should there be a specific customer need we are able to investigate the modification of the instrument in order to meet the requirements of the client.
